Hotel is a 30 min walk from the old town. Its clean, quiet and comfortable. There is not a lot in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel at an excellent price. We wanted a one- night stay but for an extended stay the location may be an issue. It is located near an industrial site about 2 km from the city and the old town of Split. The staff said they were planning a bus service but that may be some way off.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. The hotel is located 20–25 minutes by car from the city center, which may not suit travelers wanting easy access to the main attractions. The property was poorly maintained. Our room had an unpleasant smell, the carpet was torn, and the bathroom and bathtub were old and worn. The shampoo and soap provided were among the poorest quality we’ve experienced. Housekeeping also failed to replace our bed sheets during our stay. The outside area around the hotel was untidy, with garbage containers nearby, creating a poor first impression. As loyal members, we were also disappointed that the staff refused to deliver our welcome drinks to our room unless we paid a delivery fee. At many other hotels, these drinks are brought to the room with glasses as part of the welcome experience. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.
