This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again.
This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.
Parking was a bit of a walk (due to the location on the harbor it was not possible to park next to the hotel), but the beauty of the room, amazing view, and friendly staff more than made up for the walk.
No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.

The only difficulty was finding parking for our rental vehicle but that is true for every hotel near the beach. It’s on the outer edge of Rethymno, making the location less crowded than the old town streets near the port. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the port from the hotel, but we didn’t mind the walk. We would absolutely book here...

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.
Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly.
