We loved the view, privacy, helpfulness of the staff when we had rental car issues and relaxing atmosphere at the Hotel Collinetta. The room was lovely and the air conditioning very much appreciated as it was quite warm for our stay. We ate at the restaurant several times during our 4 night stay and loved every meal. The breakfast was wonderful also. Collinetta was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Switzerland. We would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. This was our 2nd visit we liked it so much the first time. We accidentally booked for 1 night instead of 2. Instead of leaving us homeless of a fully-booked saturday night, the staff rang around and got us a room in a nearby hotel. Hugely appreciated. The food is exceptional as is the atmosphere and location. Highly recommended.
To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.
Loved this hotel, and big Thank You to Malik for helping us with the parking on Market Day. The location and view are great. The room was wonderful and inviting, loved the towels. Staff is excellent, you feel welcomed from the first minute you step in. We had an excellent dinner at their restaurant on the Lake. Very nice and romantic. The Millennium Hotel was an adorable boutique hotel, located just a five-minute walk from the train station and across the street from Lake Maggiore. My room was gorgeous, with a bed that felt like sleeping on clouds. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious and the proprietors are very nice. They even offered to arrange a transportation card for me, but I couldn’t take advantage of that because, sadly, I only stayed one night on my way to Milan. I hope to return and stay longer.
Communication with the hotel even before arrival was good and clear. At the property they were pleasent and clear abkut everything. The room had a great view, was clean, spacious enough for our luggage and nicely designed. Great central location.
