"Buen lugar para hospedarte. Comodo, tranquilo, personal de excelencia. Pasamos cinco días de lo más bien nunca tuvimos ningún inconveniente, seguridad siempre en el lobby del hotel. De verdad que vuelvo nuevamente y me hospedaré en el hotel el Dorado. Puertorriqueño desde USA."

The staff was friendly, google translate will be needed but everyone was great. Also love the location of the hotel. It felt very safe and was on the same street as many restaurants and a grocery store. I would definitely come back to this hotel. "

"I liked the room, spacious and as advertised it has everything that was described. Staff very attentive and was in a quiet neighborhood. They booked all the tours for us and the tour operator was every time on time and brought us back to the hotel at no cost. Would recommend this hotel"

"They over charge double the price for guest to visit, even if you get a room for 2 or they aren’t staying. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for any guest, just check them in. One of the staff members also wasn’t being professional by not keeping customer info private."
