"We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a family of 4. Breakfast was great, but would say the staff needs to check the coffee machine and Nutella to make sure they are refilled timely. The room was clean and spacious and our room had Air Con and was working great! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy. The hotel is in a great location, and within walking distances to the retail parks. As it was August when we stayed, they had weddings on and parking can be difficult. Thank you for the check in cookies!"

I arrived a few hours before check in and I was allowed to go up to my room early which was nice as it meant I didn’t have to carry my heavy bag around I ate out but there is a lovely Indian restaurant on site for those that wanted to eat in Bed was a little on the hard side for me but I still slept okay…and the bath was the best part of the whole room specially after a long day of hiking"
