The Chateau lies gently uphill from the town center, and is a mid 19th century building beautifully restored and expanded on the the premises, which are surround by vineyards. Beautiful, calm, and beautifully cared for, our visit exceeded our expectations. The staff was knowlegable, spoke good English, and catered to our every need. This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. Their quiet little chambres de hotes is very close to the Canal du Midi path and very relaxing.
