We booked this hotel for one night during the heat wave after leaving our Airbnb early, and it was exactly what we needed. Check in was quick and efficient. We arrived around 8pm and our room was already assigned with keys waiting for us. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. It had a queen bed, a sofa that converted into two twin beds, and a mini fridge that was convenient for storing a few items. The highlight of our stay was the air conditioning. The room stayed at a cool 20.5°C /69°F and we all had the best night’s sleep since arriving in France. After several hot nights, this hotel provided a much needed escape from the heat. Nothing fancy, but clean, dependable, and exactly what we were looking for.

Un hôtel à peine acceptable situé à quelques minutes du centre de Narbonne. L'un de ses atouts est son grand parking gratuit, fermé à minuit. Les chambres et les salles de bains ont besoin d'être rénovées : la moquette et le canapé étaient tachés, et les équipements de salle de bains étaient usés et sales. Les portes sont fines, ce qui fait qu'on entend tous les bruits du couloir et chaque claquement de porte dans les chambres voisines. L'hôtel est présenté comme « adapté aux familles », mais cela ne signifie pas que votre enfant profitera d'un sommeil paisible en début de soirée, mais plutôt que les enfants courront dans les couloirs et feront du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit. Le personnel de la réception fumait des cigarettes devant l'entrée principale, ce qui donnait une très mauvaise impression.
