I would say of our five weeks in Italy and most of the experiences being very good this one did not disappoint. Nice room and a wonderful location close to everything. Quaint town without all the congestion. Updated room with balcony on the second level. Only comfort issue was the mattress very firm but as things go in Italy it has been the norm. Hidden gem tucked in Lenno - easy access to ferry (across the street from hotel). Ferry can take you to any destination in the lake but Bellagio is a must see. Get in, hop in hop out the ferry and be amazed!

The property, rooms and staff were all amazing. The family that owns the hotel are very hospitable and welcoming. We had a lovely evening chatting with them about a local festival l. It was very memorable.
However, if you did not rent a car buyer beware that it is a long and steep climb/walk to the hotel from any bus stops or ferries. And Ubers/taxis are hard to come by. Other than that the walk itself is beautiful just a little bit difficult.
