I stay at hotels 3 weeks out of a month for work. I would rate The Nog Inn as one of the best I have stayed at. The customer service and quality was impeccable. William and Amy, the owners, are a delight. The food, service and quality of the property was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.
A great experience staying at this hotel, very friendly staff, restaurant with great good and reasonable price, awesome breakfast which you can order from the restaurant menu, spacious room.....things are better than you thought with that price in England.

The Crown is a lovely very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Monty, Gemma and Mark were excellent hosts and food is so yummy! Breakfast was included and was superb with many choices and staff were so nice and went out of their way to provide earlier breakfast on our last day when we needed to leave for Heathrow airport. This is a 17th century pub with rooms above. The only reason i gave the property condition 4 stars is because it is not air conditioned. It is a quaint fun place to stay in a very old English village. The pub and associated restaurant are excellent.
Justin is such a kind and helpful host who has a wonderful place to stay. The Plow down the road has excellent food too. Justin is the perfect English host.

It was outstanding accommodations, comfortable bed great tub and shower. Met the owner and spent some time in the attached pub. Staff was amazing, had breakfast the next morning and that was outstanding as well. Definitely a recommendation to stay here.
We spent two very comfortable nights with a modern room and bath, nice breakfasts, and one nice dinner. The inn is in a tiny village with a picturesque ruined castle and church nearby, close to Stourhead and Longleat.
