"It was a pleasant stay - and the staff were all very helpful. There were some around that can speak English. It was very rainy when we were there, so spent a lot more time than expected in the hotel. The onsen was great. We booked with half board so the meals were also great and so nicely presented. When we arrived at the train station - I called the hotel and they sent someone to pick us up for free. And they also had the shuttle for us when we departed . That made it very convenient. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were really nice."

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. It’s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if that’s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as you’re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."

"Brand new property. Parking available for a charge (limited spaces). Onsen on property, very nice with sauna and cold bath. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast with an additional charge. Japanese style breakfast, so skip if you want western style."
