"Hotel muy bien ubicado con vista al castillo de Edinburgh, cerca de muchos lugares turísticos, Grassmarket, Royal Mile, Castillo de Edinburgh, la mayoría caminando. Las amenidades del hotel son muy buenas, a parte siempre hay agua y bebida de frambuesa muy buena en el lobby. Las personas amables, buen servicio. Lo único es que deberían de separar el hotel vs el área del patio/eventos, porque hay mucha gente siempre en esa parte del patio."

"Todo el personal muy amable, el lugar super bien ubicado. Práctico, una sala para trabajar muy cómoda. Los baños bien. El personal fue muy atento, unas personas estaban escandalizando a media noche e inmediatamente pusieron orden. El restaurante muy bien."
