"Easy to walk into town. Staff are extremely helpful. Onsite restaurant was convenient and food was good. Rooms are small, but they are clean and have what you need. Nothing fancy, but the place has a uniqueness that is worth the stay. Airport shuttle is for a fee, Flybussen."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and provide a good variety of freshly prepared food. The only funny issue was the tv stations (in English) did not match the content. BBC presented American crime series while CNN followed live police events in various countries. If we return to Longyearbyen we will stay at the Vault."
