Hotel has a great location across from Vernisage weekend market. Larger well maintained rooms. I had a junior suite with small balcony; although not much of a view. Hotel is well maintained, with attentive staff. Only complaint is the variety and quality of breakfast buffet. Very unusual items that would have been better suited for a lunch buffet. Have been staying there for my recent trips to Gyumri. Very consistent high quality, nice and helpful staff, clean and convenient rooms. The spa is world class.

This hotel was excellent. The location is in beautiful setting. The terrace and swimming pool overlook the mountains and are the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel was easy to find. The restaurant had excellent food and wine and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are very comfort , and the hotel is very nice place for relaxation.

Excellent hotel

One of the most picturesque places I’ve ever been and also one of the most friendly. Plus, it’s a summary resort so it was a good change to have some music and some cocktails in an amazing view and the best bartender ever David

Little things like not knowing when the room would be cleaned and having to ask on two occasions after 3pm. Breakfast had few western things but otherwise was ok.
