Staff were very friendly and attentive to every need before I even realized I needed something. The rooms are clean, service is quick, and the amenities/food/restaurant are amazing. Highly recommend.

Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.

We booked an aqua bungalow, but any room you can get here will be worth it!!
The facility and grounds are stunning. The staff amazingly kind and attentive.
We stayed two days - ate all meals there and enjoyed spa treatments as well as the morning yoga class (Ashtanga). All were very good. The spa is among the nicest I experienced in Asia - and I'm a bit of an expert in this field ;)
You get around the expansive property by bicycle or golf cart. The bicycles are left at your villa for you...

Great location! Room came with washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Slight water leak from the standing shower, every time you showered. Also got access to a gym, which could be cleaner. Service, especially from Dang, was great!

This property had very friendly and helpful staff, good food options within the hotel for dinner, and situated on My An beach which is the place to be for spending time at the beach, close to good restaurants, attractions, tours, and shops.
We would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and experience Da Nang.

Awesome breakfast, great location, and Mr. Phong and Jenny in the spa have the best hospitality! I’m very pleased to have chosen the Mai House Saigon Hotel!

Location is very good, close to some local restaurants which are good as well
Gym is ok, but if you trying to get some workout done before 6:30am the AC is off and it’s really HOT inside.
Breakfast is good, but targeted mostly to local audience.
Rooms are very specious and clean

I stayed at The Anam between Christmas and New Year. The resort is very new and my villa as well as the facilities really impressed me. The room and bathroom finishing and equipment felt very luxurious. What pleasantly surprised me were the beautiful tropical gardens and prestine beach. During the time of my stay the waves were a bit high so I only used the beach for sun bathing and the various pools for swimming.
