"Staff didn't seem to care about anything other than taking money. I went on a Catamaran trip and learned more about the area and felt more welcome in the few hours I spent with them in the whole week at the resort. Prices are outrageous. Had a server at a cabana that was rude, didn't care about taking care of customers, and only cared about reinforcing a $75 minimum per room. Rooms were clean, however resort definitely needs some work and upkeep. I was there for a wedding, and honestly I would love to return to Puerto Rico but not Wynham Rio Mar"
"Good place to stay. It helps that it has beach chairs included for a fee, room cleaned everyday and breakfast is good enough.
It also helps the rsestaurants in the hotel so that was a nice touch."

"Really cool concept - lots of outdoor spaces not your ordinary hotel. The bar and pool area are relaxing. The only complaint is noise from hallways but not a big deal over all.

"The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. No car needed. walking distance to restaurants bars and shopping. It was great!"
"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was uncomfortable to walk on due to shells but walk the property because there are plenty of sandy beaches that you would not know about. Not many restaurants for children to eat at. I would definitely return."
