I stayed on the 7th floor with a good view of Katmandú. The room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, and quiet. Very good breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I have nothing negative to say about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone."

"Great property in Kathmandu, but better than that were all the staff! Front desk staff Amir and Shristy were truly amazing and helpful and kind. Hospitality at this hotel was way above standard in my humble opinion. The rooftop pool was great and somewhat private, although just a bit on the cool side. Enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet as well. A very hearty "dhanyabad" to Mercure Kathmandu!"
