"Good hotel and helpful staff. Clean and good location. Only thing missing for us with a child was that there was no play room and any facilities for children. "
"Very nice hotel and staff are very friendly from the reception Cassidy to the concierge Edgar and Brian and the staff from the restaurant Mylen Johanna. And the staff from spa. Will highly recommend this hotel."
"Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere.
Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards. "
