This is charming old guest-house - bird-song and church-bell sounds in the little courtyard. The breakfast was yummy, served in a lovely setting on the roof, and the man at reception was very helpful. The location is very convenient for the beach area of Sliema.

Location is great. Room was fine, but the shower door was broken, so there was water everywhere each time I showered. Checking in can get very complicated. There is no reception after 2 pm, so make sure you get your instructions/room number before getting to the venue. DONT BOOK LAST MINUTE or you'll get stuck outside. There's a phone number you can call, but line is constantly dropping or busy. The hotel is not on WhatsApp, which is not convient at all for international travelers. I've helped people getting in and trying to figure it out everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay at this characterful property. The staff, location, breakfast are amazing. The building is old so some limitations (e.g. poor ventilation) are understandable. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room (19) was spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed. The daily breakfast on the sunny rooftop was amazing. Thoroughly recommend this guest house.

A beautiful little hotel, very comfortable. A little unsettling that if you don’t arrive in the middle of the day, there is no one there to greet you and everything is done technologically. They give you a combination to open the door, another to get your key from a little box. Efficient but impersonal and a little scary when you arrive late at night. You don’t see anyone until the following morning. Decent breakfast. Good location. Good value for money. I would stay there again.

Great location, short walk to waterfront and maybe 10 mins to all the restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. Great reception, room was spotless, comfie bed and pillows! The rate included breakfast which was really nice and fresh - staff at breakfast were lovely! Served on rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Staff super responsive to any queries. Highly recommend!!!
