"Unfortunately, every single time I am at this facility they don’t fail to disappoint. I try hard to avoid this hotel but sometimes I am forced to stay here. In this recent trip they give me a bad room first to only correct it with a better room, and there was a chaotic breakfast hosting with a wait time of over 30 minutes, which happens every single time at this hotel. I left without having breakfast and such a start ruins your day!
While the junior staff try to be helpful (though their manners needs significant improvement) the worst part are the managers who stand at the lobby offering empty words but do very little to help. The senior the manager at this hotel the useless they are.
I am sorry to be harsh but I really hope someone at a senior level pay attention and improve. I am surely not coming back here after today!"
