"Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back."
Royalton Grenada, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We had a really enjoyable stay at Royalton Grenada and would definitely consider coming back. One of the highlights for us was the swim-out pool—it made the whole experience feel more private and relaxing, and it was perfect for starting or ending the day without having to go far.
The butler service was another standout. Our butlers were not only friendly but also very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were easy to communicate with and added a nice personal touch to the trip.
Food and drinks were solid overall. While not extraordinary, there was enough variety to keep things interesting, and we always found something we liked. The drinks were consistently good and easy to access, which definitely helped enhance the vacation vibe.
The beach view from our room was beautiful and something we appreciated every day. Waking up to that scenery really set the tone for a relaxing getaway.
One thing worth noting is how close the resort is to the airport—about a 5-minute drive. Transportation cost us $12 one way, which was convenient and quick after a long travel day. Despite the proximity, we didn’t hear or see a single plane during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise and didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere at all.
Overall, Royalton Grenada delivered a great balance of comfort, service, and atmosphere. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a laid-back, enjoyable resort experience with a few standout perks like swim-out p"
"This was our second stay at the hotel; this time only for one week. The staff, led by Manager Laurance are always very helpful.
The food standard in the restaurants has improved and will continue to."
"Staff was very helpful..Communication good..Pool area well layout with with sun beds and under cover seating area..Did not eat breakfast but it looked good.."
"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"
