Cobalt Coast Resort

"Resort is remote (more for divers). Besides resort restaurant/bar any other restaurant/bar/shopping is at least 10-15 drive away. Room had issues (broken widow, problematic A/C, dangerous shower), owner admitted that room was to be renovated but they rented away. After 48 hours, and complaining, moved to a renovated room with a non-function bathroom vent fan. It was obvious the resort was trying to renovate rooms/ground while renting to customers. No 24/7 resort Manager/supervisor/person on the resort grounds. The restaurant, not owned by the resort, was very good but with a very limited menu and pricey. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the resort staff not so much. Only real perk about booking this resort is that there is a dive shop there if you want to go diving and you get free use of the snorkeling equipment with stay at the resort"
"We looked over the ocean and the patio. The view was beautiful. Only complaint is the music during the day and the evenings without bands was tough to listen too. Need to change it up and less electronic sounding. The live music was very good and enjoyed on our balcony. "

What truly made the experience exceptional was the host - Christian, and the property manager - Bryan. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, they graciously allowed us to stay longer, which completely took the stress out of the situation. That level of kindness and flexibility meant so much to us and turned what could have been a headache into just a little extra vacation time.
You can tell that they genuinely care about guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless.
