Very nice property. Staff was great, room was clean and had everything you need to cook some meals if you desire. Not a great swimming beach but there is one within walking distance right around the corner.

We were in a King studio suite which was very nice. We had lots of space. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed the eating area. It was nice to have 2 TV's! The air conditioning worked great. Our room was cleaned every day by early afternoon. The people in the front office were very helpful. The use of the Westin pool, beach, and related facilities is the best feature of all. Pros: There was a dock, which could potentially mean you could fish? Jet ski rentals! The pool was nice and big. The service people in the front were extremely helpful with tips and things to do. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. There were iguanas and chickens everywhere!!! we chased them all over the place!! Golf course on the property. The welcoming staff and staff and generals were absolutely wonderful, so professional and polite and helpful. The room was great. The pool was wonderful there was a short walk to the beach, but the beach was absolutely gorgeous. My family and I had a wonderful wonderful vacation.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, the staff was courteous and helpful. There was not a beach nearby, but you could get towels, chairs and an umbrella and go up to Governors Beach, just up the road. The pool was adequate.

This stay was everything I wanted it to be. The hotel was clean, had all the amenities I needed and the staff were friendly and super attentive. It even had shuttle service to the beach and was walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Oh and I can’t forget the infinity pool 😍.. I”ll definitely stay here again!

An Amazing hotel/resort! the building and grounds are clean and well-maintained, with beautiful decor inside and out! When we arrived, we were handed a glass of champagne to enjoy while checking in (yes please! and Thank You!). The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The food and restaurants are delicious (the Cocoloba bartenders are The BEST!! -- Linsey, Tony, AJ, etc., Thanks for the wonderful service and all-around great time), and the provided amenities are totally worth the resort...

We loved your beautiful property. What an amazing beach. The staff is fantastic. I have never met such a friendly, hardworking hotel staff. I want to acknowledge Beata at Sun Ray , Carol, the concierge, Marina, the server at the outdoor bar, Kirk the bell captain, Lucia and especially Marline, of housekeeping.

Great staff, food, and features like the beach being right outside! Only downfall was they were doing a lot of maintenance and reconstruction at the time so it was noisy fairly early in the morning but otherwise everything was perfect!

We had a party of 11 staying in 3 different rooms. We all had an exceptional Experience. Beautiful new rooms! The breakfast was the best and the staff was absolutely delightful, not to mention helpful! The actual hotel beach spot is very small but the free shuttle service to different spots on 7 mile beach was awesome. We had the best vacation and would recommend this hotel over and over.

We spent 7 days (workacation) at Marriott a week before Christmas and loved it. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful! The activities (paddle boarding, stingray city, yoga, boxing, etc) and food choices were great too. Although the hotel beach was washed off by the hurricane, you could simply walk over to access the long stretch of the beautiful 7 mile beach. Due to this, beach chairs/pools/restaurants were right on the ocean, the view was gorgeous, quiete, and exclusive to the hotel...

My son and his wife spent their honeymoon at the Ritz. The staff made them feel welcomed, catered to their needs, and the resort was beautiful.

This place has it all kitchen living space two bedrooms with two baths. Pool jacuzzi and only two min away from the beach. Very helpful staff. If your thinking of staying for a week this is the spot to stay at. It’s close to everything 5-10 min drive to airport , cruise port groceries store. Walking distance to pizza parlor Burger King and chicken restaurant very close.

the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pools were very well maintained. Their is a little store not far from the property. It is quiet on this side of the island nothing like busy George Town. If you want a relaxing vacation this would be it.
