If you are looking for an amazing location near downtown La Paz, the Illampu Art Boutique Hotel is a great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful breakfast with fantastic views of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful. Jimena helped us with everything from taxis to tours to finding places to eat. We felt extremely welcomed at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Boutique hotel in the best area of La Paz. The family suite apartment is one of the best available anywhere. Spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. The beds(1 king and 2 double in the second room) are extremely comfortable and perfectly appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped. We received a welcome drink and had a lovely experience in the bar. We also eat at the restaurant and the food was exactly what we wanted. Second time we've stayed here; great location, helpful staff, they came & picked us up at the airport, across the street from the Ventura mall, excellent restaurant.

We had an extended stay at the hotel. It is an old haciendaturned hotel and has beautiful gardens, spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, exceptionally good wi-fi and an exceptional array of goods for breakfast. But the most remarkable is the warmth, professionalism and helpfulness of ALL the staff members.most speak remarkably good English. The manager/owner helped us to redo some of our travel plans. The location is quite good, with many good dining opportunities within walking distance.

The staff of this hotel went out of their way to help us out - I was a little bit sick due to high altitude - They sent a person couple of time (one 2:00 AM) to check my blood pressure no charge they sent me oxygen tank for free. When i asked to purchase a blood pressure machine they found out about the prices and sent somebody to pick it up from the pharmacy (3:00 AM) they charged me 10% but that well worth it

I loved everything about this hotel. So accommodating, extremely clean and so friendly. I was able to get laundry service on a Sunday despite the service not usually being open on sundays and got my laundry within a couple hours, faster than the normal timing. The restaurant food was also amazing. Not a single complaint. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there were many options. The gym was not a gym and should not be offered as a gym. There was no equipment apart from two treadmills. The pool and hot tub areas were dirty and not well kept. Another very bad point. Room service was excellent. My room was very clean, and the maids were very kind and did a wonderful job daily. The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable for the most part.

The rooms are very spacious and the rest of the facilities are very well maintained, you feel like you are at home. The staff are very cordial and helpful. I will definitely stay at Suites Toborochi next time I'm in Santa Cruz

The property has convenient access to the Salar. Room was good. Food options are limited to the buffet. No easy access to restaurants. The property is isolated. Staff were excellent. Generally not much to complain about!
