The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there were many options. The gym was not a gym and should not be offered as a gym. There was no equipment apart from two treadmills. The pool and hot tub areas were dirty and not well kept. Another very bad point. Room service was excellent. My room was very clean, and the maids were very kind and did a wonderful job daily. The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable for the most part.

The hotel has an old world charm that belies its long history as one of the city’s finest. Located just a block off La Paz’s main drag, el Prado, it is close to restaurants, bars, shopping and myriad forms of transportation. The best thing about the hotel, though, is the the sterling staff who treat each guest as though they were a foreign dignitary. There are newer, glitzier hotels in the city, but nine they have such a wonderful staff. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly.located in the center of La Paz and ypu can walk to everything. People at the reception were very helpful at many occasions. The rooms are a bit noisy but I guess it's the price to pay to be in town. Breakfast is okay but not in par with the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in La Paz.

Probably the best option for La Paz. Don’t expect from breakfast. Fruits are good though. Terrible sewage smell when start showering. Toilet flush problematic. Broken mattress.
