"Clean, modern facilities. Friendly, courteous professional staff. Excellent food options but restaurant reservations were a challenge. Very child friendly but not disruptive for adult activities. Beautiful beaches (of course!).

"So the resort is nice. Beautifully kept, rooms spacious and inviting and clean pools too. If traveling with a family however there are some much better options. This place has one on site restaurant then a coffee shop with sandwiches as well and 2 pool bars however the pool bar in the main area where kids are allowed is only one staff and there is no pool side service to order. You have to walk up even though online it did say you could have drink brought pool side that only applied for the roof top pool which was adults only. I lost my room band at one point and when getting a new one the front desk asked for my name and room number but there were other guests right next to me who had actually cut in line so I was not comfortable giving my room number. She proceeded to loudly confirm it in front of other people. That was uncomfortable. Other than swimming and one restaurant there isn’t much else at the resort to do. No random yard games nothing to explore. It’s beautiful but more geared for adults and the older community than younger "
"Very nice hotel - like new room with gorgeous ocean view and balcony. Two pools - one adults only, very well maintained. Enjoyed the palapas on the beach and even though I never reserved one, it seemed I was always able to find one available. Live music at night was very nice as well. While our check in was not ideal, everyone else there was super nice. A few options to eat right at the hotel which we appreciated when didn't feel like walking or taking a cab. If we visit Aruba again, would love to stay here for sure!"
"Par où commencer, je savais très bien que je n’allais pas dans un 5 étoiles Je ne me considère pas tant exigeante règle générale et les commentaires moins bons me semblaient acceptables.Est ce que je recommanderais l’endroit à un ami ou de la famille non. Un air bnb aurait été un choix plus abordable et agréable. Voici pourquoi Les points négatifs:Aucun contrôle sur la température de la chambre les manettes d’air climatisé sont retirés de la chambre
Lits très dur et pas confortable
2 lampes de chevet comme éclairage de chambre
Rideaux/ stores roulés pas opaques du tout et comme pas de voilages c’est ouverts à la vue de tous ou fermé ce qui laisse la chambre très sombre on se croirait dans un sous sol
Déjeuner peu de choix aucune variété différente sur nos 6 jours à part que certains jour quelques choix en moins ( ex: patates déjeuner 2/6 jours), fruits seulement Cartier d’orange,œufs froids à moins d’avoir le remplissage live car aucun réchaud/ lampe chaleur pour les plats au buffet
Chambre propre mais un peu de rénovation ne ferait pas de tort Piscine propre aussi site en général assez bien entretenu Pour finir lors de notre dernière soirée/ nuit un groupe a été plus que bruyant piscine qui doit fermer a 22h mais aucune surveillance car elle était encore utilisé après l’heure permise et comme c’est l’endroit central avec table c’était la ou leur rassemblement était jusqu’au petites heures pas de surveillant/ sécurité pour s’assurer du calme en fin de soirée"
