Service at passions was a bit slow but that is my only tiny complaint. Front desk people were a pleasure to speak with. We loved it!"

"Everything was perfect except the room. The room was not what we had paid for and the lights kept turning on and off automatically during the night causing sleep to be disrupted. The ceiling fan would also automatically turn on middle of the night, it was hard to sleep with those happening and then the bathroom and water had a sewage smell the whole time we were staying there."

"I gave the maintenance of the property 4 stars only because the property is under construction otherwise I would have rated it 5+ stars. This was my 5th visit to LaCabana and it certainly won't be my last. Food and service at the The Island Grill was good. The newly renovated pool was amazingly beautiful and clean. Thank you to all the employees of LaCabana...a special thanks to Richard ( Security), Richard kept an eye out to be sure we remained and secure"

"I honestly loved my stay with Privada, they have amazing customer service!! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. We loved the amenities provided as well, especially the beach set up including chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear. We rented out an umbrella for $50 for 2 days which completed the set up and made it easy for our beach trips. We ended up running into a small issue with the umbrella and I reached out through the app and the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly. They even brought a replacement to the beach we were at! The app is very useful and even has local recommendations for good eats. The place was very clean and cozy. Pool was nice. Shower pressure was good. They have an ice machine next to the lodge and which is perfect. The ACs do shut off a few times throughout the day but we didn’t mind this at all. I genuinely have no complaints we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying with Privada when we return to Aruba!!!"
