A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Also, the pool was incredible and spent a lot of time there, so refreshing during those hot summer days in BA! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with a pool and...

Great style like a swiss chalet with super helpful and flexible staff ready to solve any need. Rooms are large. Bathrooms on the small side. Beds very comfortable and terrific location by the eater tower and Guemes restaurant and shopping district.

Hotel recomendable.

Hotel is a high level business-oriented facility. Many of the guests appeared to be professionals visiting Argentina on business. Large number of airline crew present as well. Check-in was smooth, though for persons arriving on early flights, getting to your room might be a problem. I was upgraded for a moderate rate and got a room on the executive floor right away.
