"Breakfast buffet food was freshly made & replenished regularly. Rooms were clean and made up daily. Staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Only flaw was the condition of the hallways - wallpaper was peeling & floor tiles near elevator were loose."

"The hotel is a new build but not clean at all. There is holes in bathroom walls Bo handles on bathroom door very dusty. Not finished I would say. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Besides the free shuttle to airport it did not offer much, not even hot water."

"First off, the Kingsford staff were excellent from the security staff, housekeeping, maintenance kitchen crew & front desk, all were professional and very helpful. Shout out to the front desk trainee Mikah, she made my check-in smooth and fast which was very needed from a long flight. My room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom had adequate water pressure and hot water. The gym was a plus for me."

"They allowed me to booked early, instead of waiting. Staff are very helpful. The place need some improvement since its an old hotel, but they still manage to maintain its cleanliness. Very close to shopping malls and restaurants. They have transportation available for a fee. Food is great inthe hotel. A little bit expensive as compared to others but considering its location, its a great deal."

"Breakfast not a lot of choices and was expecting local dishes like longganiza, tapa and dried fish Elevators and hallways is not air conditioned so it’s very warm to hot The signs in the parking lot is not clear and confusing. There should be a sign that stated what level number and the arrows are opposite than what you’re suppose to go"
