"Our family had a relaxing and memorable stay at Lihim Resorts. What stood out most about the resort was the epic sunset seen from Henri's Restaurant, and the private Hayag beach resort - but many things stood out during our stay. "I have done a fair bit of traveling and stayed at many hotels, inns, and hostels over the years…and I can confidently say this may have been the worst stay of them all. The location is fine; it’s close to many shops and restaurants. And it’s across a small street from the beach. Those are the only positives I can mention. "A stay at the Vue Grand Hilltop is a wonderful experience. As the name suggests you'll enjoy great views over the neighboring islands and you can actually watch the sunrise from your bed. All the bungalows are built in traditional style, all wood and with great natural ventilation. Not having air-con was never a problem. "Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...
