The bedside lamp doubles as a phone charger and has a switch so you don’t have to get up to turn it off. Small thing, but I loved it and slept better than I have in a long time. The sea view room faces Bacuit Bay. It’s close to the port, so it’s a sea view but not quite a beach view. The hotel can arrange motorbike rentals and island hopping tours, though there’s no breakfast included. All things considered, Z Garden was the most comfortable place we stayed during our entire El Nido trip.

The rooms were tiny and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. What stood out was the hospitality. The owners Dado and Marie Alvarez made everything possible to make our stay stress free. In addition to the driver and maintenance guy Jeboy Caraler took care of us specifically when I had a medical situation and drove us to the nearest Urgent care for treatments (twice), and waited for us and got my medicine from a near by pharmacy. We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. Booked 2 rooms so it was 100usd security deposit for each room. We got there from Puerto Princesa at 10pm and they greeted us with welcome drinks and welcome necklaces. This trip was enjoyable. The shower pressure wasn’t the best but it wasn’t too bad. Everything else was very good. Can’t beat the price was $230 US for 5 nights. Breakfast was good eggs, decent bacon, pancakes, and some kind of yellow watermelon. Can’t beat the value bed was very comfy close to good restaurants and getting a ride is very easy
