This is my second time staying at this hotel. The convenience to Dyreparken cannot be beat! We had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and were not disappointed. The table agreed that that their coffee machine is great! We even had a emergency happen while at the hotel with our two year old getting injured while at the hotel (not the hotel's fault, just an accident) and the hotel staff was amazing! Many people on staff jumped in to help along the way, and two of them even offered to...
A little weird with no reception, only electronic. But it all worked fine. There's a machine with snacks and beverages, a ping pong table, self serve laundromat with ironing board. And there is an actual human being on-site in a small office. Had no need to interact but was nice to know if you were to have some problem that there is a human being to help. Not sure if there is someone there around the clock or not. Anyway, enjoyed our stay. It's two blocks from the ferry terminal.
