Wonderful hotel/restaurant facility . The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure your experience is one to remember. Dining either inside or out on the patio is very nice with finely prepared food and good wine selection. Nice ambience - we would stay there again.
The property was amazing and I’d definitely return. The spa was relaxing. I enjoyed a lovely facial and had an excellent 5 course lunch at their signature restaurant which was truly delicious. I highly recommend this property to all and the location is great!

It was great to return after last October. Frank is amazing. He even remembered where we sat in the restaurant! I can’t recall his brother’s name, but he was great, as well. 😉
The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was central to the downtown shopping area, the university, and the tourist sites. Even the Lindt outlet store was an easy walk. The staff was willing to speak English or German and answered all of our questions. The breakfasts were typical German and we're one of very few hotels we've stayed at that served Westphalian Ham (we love it.)
The next time were in Aachen, we will be staying here again.
The unit was spotless, well-maintained and well-appointed for our extended stay. The property is in a great location, easy to access and the staff was exceptionally helpful. We’ll definitely visit again!
The hotel was modern with small but clean rooms and a good location. Bathroom setup with tub & separate shower plus additional toilet room was nice, but with the sofa bed made, there wasn't anywhere to leave our luggage. The kids play area in the lobby, kids' check gift & a large breakfast buffet was very nice extra for the kids. The bar was opened late for the world cup game, which Germany won - definitely a great way to end the day.
This hotel was conveniently located to the centre of Valkenburg and a short drive to Landgraaf and Zuid Limburg. We stayed here for a multi-day event at Megalands (concert venue in Landgraaf), and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, the kitchenette (complete with coffee maker, tea pot cups, bottle opener, wine key and refrigerator) was very useful, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was great.
