We stayed in the king size suite and had a wonderful experience. Room service was prompt for ordering dinner to the room. We were able to utilize the gym which was nice and clean as well as the rooftop pool.

Playa Esperanza is the perfect place to unwind, it’s super ideal for a couples getaway or honeymoon. All the staff is super nice and helpful. The only downside for me, it’s that not all of their rooms have AC, they’re an eco friendly hotel and there is no fridge, iron or hair dryer, and they shut the power for a couple of hours as they are running on generators. But I love that they care about the environment!
Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum. Highly recommended.
The property is gorgeous but not conveniently located. You have to rent a taxi, bike, or scooter to get around Tulum. Lots of restaurants nearby but very expensive.
My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa Teka. The property is beautiful and is centrally located in the Tulum beach area but secluded enough that you aren’t kept awake by the beach clubs nearby. The team took care of all of our needs from helping to set up taxis to decorating our room for my birthday. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us.
