"Dreams Sapphire Resort is an overall wonderful resort and was a great choice for our family. We have stayed at multiple resorts over 20+ years in Cancun and Riviera Maya. The food and restaurant selection is excellent—highly recommend the rooftop sushi bar for lunch (you can get more than sushi; they have a lot of great food options) —and we loved both the smoothie bar and coffee shop on site. Breakfast at the buffet is very good and offers plenty of high quality options.
We did not travel with small children (we have a 16+ teenager) and we stayed in a Club & Villas oceanfront room, which was a standout experience for us; the access to the rooftop pool and rooftop restaurant is absolutely worth it. The rooftop infinity pool has amazing ocean views, plenty of space, and feels quiet, private, and relaxing—an ideal escape within the resort. The ocean/ beach area was also nice!"
