"The room was amazing and the amenities are great. This resort definitely has more of a relaxing vibe than a very touristy/party vibe. A great variety of guests but maybe 60-70% were retirees. We went as a couple in late 20s and made plenty of friends around our age group. Not a whole lot of children even though this is a family friendly place. Would return if provided an excellent deal like we were. This resort stands out for having great value. We went on 2 excursions during our 6 days stay. My wife really enjoyed the atv/zipline/cenote. I'm an adrenaline junky so it was it was too relaxed for me. We went on the catamaran excursion to isle mujeres which was pretty disappointing. We speak spanish so didn't buy the overpriced golf cart on the boat. We got it for half price, but it's honestly not needed. It's nice to just walk around the local shops. The excursion is supposed to include snorkeling and swimming and we did neither since the captain said its too dangerous. We saw plenty of other boats stopping to swim and do what the guests paid for. We ended the trip with a couples back massage. I didn't like it. They provided me with no information about the massage or other things the spa has to offer. I wasn't given a chance to put my things away, so my phone and keys were jabbing me in my sides the whole time. They just kind of pushed you thru it. I wanted a full spa/relaxing experience but just left annoyed. You want to keep the person that pays for everything happy. ME!"

"Had a great stay at this all inclusive adults only resort. Staff were great. Food was excellent. Place was clean!!!! We would go again!!! We booked through a third party but if you book directly through the girl they offer complimentary shuttle service. "
