Wonderful staff. Property has been renovated completely. Spa is included and was wonderful. Easy parking. Loved being able to walk right out of hotel to lake and nearby park and city nearby.
We loved our stay here. The room is nice and we really love the fully functioning kitchen. We also loved the location, just few steps from the train station. The price was very reasonable too. Just the only weird thing about it is the bathroom. It’s transparent, so when you take a shower or use the toilet, the other person could see you. Not a big deal for me cause im with my husband but for others it might not okay.
This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. The setting of this hotel is excellent and less than 30 min away from Bern. Its very peaceful at night and the people warm, hospitable and so kind. We took our 5 month baby there and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bern or simply wants to get away for arms peaceful time. Congratulations to all the people of the hotel. Great job! We walked outside in the beautiful open park and enjoyed watching the cows from the nearby meadow.
We had a wonderful time in Interlaken The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had 2 large rooms. Both were decorated differently. One room felt like we were in the 1960s with its simple décor and colors. I really don't care about that kind of stuff anyway, just clean and comfortable which we're both met. The breakfast buffet was delicious with the variety of items, and the staff and hosts were fantastic. Everyone was helpful, kind, and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

Bus 105 takes guests from Interlaken West train station to within a few steps of this charming hotel. The staff were personal and professional. The location was small town charm. The building is classic Switzerland. The buffet breakfast was among the best we've experienced and in a very charming room. They offer a free transportation pass for the immediate Interlaken area. The view from our room was spectacular. This is the best value we have found in the Interlaken area.
The location is right across the square from the central train station in Bern, a quiet city so that location is ideal. The room faced the square and was quiet as well. The hotel is very clean and the room meets all of your needs, including in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. If you are visiting family, as we were, they provide free public transportation day passes - a bonus. You are one gate away from the historic peninsula so it is an ideal location for tourists, too.
The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, right between the bus stops of both ways Thun and Interlaken. We love to have breakfast very morning next to the beautiful lake of Thunersee. Location of the hotel is amazing beautiful.

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!
