"Upon arriving to check in for our paid and confirmed reservation—after hours on the road—we were informed that an email had been sent to notify us that there was no vacancy. In fact, the email was sent after we were already en route, making it impossible for us to read it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. "

"Very odd situation… lovely uniquely decorated hotel…. Perfect location.. very clean. But check in was strange.. I did not have Spanish so my error but we managed. Next morning breakfast was not happening and we were given a voucher for a restaurant couple blocks away. Which was just fine in the end. Think being mid-week March it was different. Only one other room booked. So would recommend cause location and cleanliness was exceptional. "

"El lugar es muy bonito, desafortunadamente hubo huéspedes que perturbaron la estancia por fiesta excesiva, deberían poner seguridad para evitar estos incidentes que perjudican buenos lugares , ya que no nos dejaron descansar en absoluto y hubo violencia doméstica. El lugar es bueno y la atención también pero deben ser más estrictos en los horarios y modos de convivencia. "
