"Very clean and functional apartment. Well equipped with all amenities: Washer, dishwasher, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. No key, just code for the main door and the apartment door. Highly recommended."

Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent.
