The hotel is close to the train station but not downtown. The staff are polite but the beds are way too soft. Breakfast is quite good and the restaurant is also good and not too expensive.

Love this hotel. Very convenient for the main train station (yet still in a safe quiet area). Excellent bar open late. Check-in really good - I arrived after midnight with no issues. Spacious and functional rooms, with reliable house keeping. Good WiFi. Safe reliable bag storage.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The one woman bartender (I forget her name I apologize) was honestly the best part of the entire stay! She was welcoming, fun and had great recommendations and such a warm personality! The sauna and gym were wonderful to relax in after work meetings, and the room was cozy and clean. Quiet rooms, and a great little bathroom with wonderful lighting. Will Definitely stay here again when I’m back in Vienna!

The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is spotless and very updated. My favorite part of the hotel was the sauna , but the bar and bartender was a close second !
