This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very welcoming, beautifully decorated, nice sitting at work area, great bed and wonderful shower. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.. it’s like being in your own oasis. breakfast was delightful thank you Jennis and Aastha and staff for a marvelous 5 day stay.
We were disappointed that we were unable to stay more than one night! My partner and I misread our flight schedule and had to leave a night earlier than anticipated. The Cinnamon Red staff were wonderful and we were given a beautiful room fir our final night in Colombo. We paid extra for late check-out and it was worth it! We will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Sri Lanka again. Thank you
GREAT location in heart of city overlooking ocean! I needed early check-in after 30 hours of travel and the lobby staff was very helpful. I will be staying here again & have recommended this place to my friends.
They gave us an amazing room in front of the pool, And we felt very welcomed as from the time of check in. The whole place was super clean and the manager always made sure the pool was spotless.
All amenities were great, and fast wifi. Also the location was central and close to the beach.
We would definitely stay here again.

after a week in Colombo i sought four hotels and stayed in two, all the cinnamon hotels do not compared to the room size,friendly staff and bathroom than the Ramada did. the stay in the Ramada was great, I wish I stayed there the whole week instead of the cinnamon lakeside.
This was a great stay, we came in late after a long flight and just wanted a place to crash for the night before heading south. It was quiet, clean and cool: we had AC and bed was comfy: a private shower/bathroom. My host was lovely and got up early to make us HUGE breakfast before we caught the train in Colombo. He arranged our (reasonably priced) taxi to the station and gave us free fresh bananas from his yard for the ride. 10/10 for the quick stay. Thanks again
An ideal budget, yet pleasingly and surprisingly comfortable place to be based in order to explore, relax and simply chill out by the sea. The rooms are large and simply but adequately furnished. The bed is large, there is an efficient ceiling fan and an A/C. The ensuite bathroom has a large wet room and powerful shower. The sea facing rooms have large balconies and the view is stunning especially at sunset. They look over the pool and garden, beach and sea. Its an ideal place to have drinks...
