My accommodation was great and the view was breathtaking. I had a relaxing night at a beautiful property with excellent staff. Breakfast was also wonderful.

Small and cozy boutique hotel with 6 rooms. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made the stay an absolute delight. The lake view rooms are also amazing - the ones on the ground floor especially so as they have access to a little garden that was a great place to relax in the evening. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to any traveler. Beautiful property, amazing food and friendly staffs. We enjoyed their food so much, it's probably one of the best hotel meals we've had! We also did cooking class and it was outstanding! Only wished the gym was already done when we visited.

This place has a gorgeous view, great hosts and delicious breakfast. The room is basic but clean and it does not matter that there is no aircon as Ella is not as hot as other places. There is a big fan if necessary. The host went above and beyond for us and even got up really early to get down to the station and buy us train tickets. We recommend this place for a picturesque, great value stay.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very good location in Nuwara Eliya. From check-in to check-out our stay was seamless.We are three friends who stayed for one night. In the morning we came down for a walk to find some food, but the staff greeted us saying they'd been waiting for us for breakfast, as it was included! This property has such a beautiful view! It is clean, peaceful and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They respondedimmediately to any reques we had. One staff member got up with us at 3:30 in the morning to make sure we safely got on our way for a tour we had booked to Yala. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Ella Jungle resort was a truly magical place. This was the highlight of our two week trip through Sri Lanka. We only booked one night from previous reviews as we thought this would be enough.
