"The room and bathroom were overall quite clean and comfortable. My biggest disappointment was the Saturday morning breakfast buffet. Several of my family members stayed here and almost all of the hot selections were gone, and they were extremely slow to refill them. They did bring more eggs out, but a very small amount, and they were gone after a couple people took some. The breakfast buffet was open from 7-10, and this was between 8:00-8:45 so it was prime time, not near the end of the breakfast being available. We were not the only ones that didn't get enough to eat. That was very disappointing for all of us."

"The air conditioning was filthy had to clean pee stain on the bed cockroaches in the bathtub vending machines don't work and crackheads outside till Dawn they don't believe in refunds I guess"

"Walls were a little thin, the rooms were beautiful and clean. And it's right downtown Rockford. Had some fun nightlife going on when we got in from our wedding day."
