"We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and, most importantly, its incredible staff. The property itself is beautiful, our room was amazing, and the view we had was simply wonderful. Everything was comfortable, well maintained, and made our holiday feel truly special. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the kindness, warmth, and helpfulness of the staff. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to help us. We had what felt like a million questions, and every single one was answered with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. They gave us wonderful recommendations and helped us make the absolute most of our holiday. On our very first day, we unfortunately had an issue with our rental car, which broke down. It could have been a very stressful start to our trip, but the staff were incredibly kind and came to us to help, including taking our luggage. Their support turned what could have been a difficult experience into something so much easier and more manageable. We will genuinely never forget that kindness. A very special thank you to every single member of the team, from reception to the cleaners and everyone in between. You are all amazing, kind, and genuinely caring people. Your hospitality made such a difference to our stay, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable."

"Very nice place to stay with a slightly upscale vibe. However, there were strange occurrences that were somewhat annoying. Upon check in, the older man at the desk would not look up from his phone to greet us. After arriving from a long travel day, we had to use the restroom, so we went to search for it since he completely ignored our presence. My friend went and used the bathroom and came back, still no greeting. Then I went to the bathroom and came back and since he was still staring at his phone I finally asked, can you please assist us? He looked up and said he was dealing with a client. I suppose the clients that were standing right in front of him weren’t as important as the person he was texting on his phone. The other thing that made zero sense (and that was not disclosed to us when booking or when checking in) is that the pool closes at 6:00 PM every day… I booked this place specifically to have access to a pool, but it closed so early that by the time we got back from our daytime adventures we were never able to use it. Other than the check in experience and the pool restrictions, the property was beautiful and the rest of the staff was very nice, so I would recommend this to fellow travelers."

"Excellent location, lovely friendly staff. Only one drawback was food was not allowed to be in the room. Also only breakfast was available in the hotel. No lunch or dinner facilities. However, an amazing hotel with incredible staff. The beach was five mins away."

"Emplacement juste à la frontière de la promenade de Saranda. Tout ce fait à la marche. Excellent restaurant de sushis à 2 minutes à pied. La piscine et l’endroit déjeuner sont un plus et offrent une superbe vue. Le lit est confortable et la chambre respire vue sa grandeur. N’hésitez pas!"

"The staff and location were fantastic. Once we got our bearings, we found we were in walking distance of Sarande prominade and some beach locations. Lots of parking space. The breakfast was fine. We stayed in a room for 4 (family with older children), and it was a tad small. The shower had no curtain so you had to clean the floor afterwards. Nice big refrigerator to keep water and beverages cold. The beds were very comfortable. Some noise from the hallway or partiers, but not constant."
