The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is just situated at the entry of the old city, perfect. Only the rooms are smaller that is it righting on the web site, in stead of 30 m2 our deluxe room was only 25 m2.

Breakfast was plentiful good variety. Sadly the hot food wasn't hot. Room was clean and comfortable we had a room for 3 which was ok but tight. No room to move around. Very cute and traditional feel. Lift to rooms. Parking was underground secure parking easy access. 4 euro for 24hrs Hotel in the town which is very beautiful lots of little shops and restaurants. Couldn't get a better location.

Super stay for 1 night. The hotel is used by tour groups so breakfast can be crowded at certain times. Coffee machine terribly slow and forms a queue - but there is filter coffee , tea and various flavoured teas if you can't wait. Staff are super efficient and kind, even the maintenance man helping elderly people with their bags on the steps. If you arrive by your own car park in the public park under the square that Google maps brings you to - cheap prices and safe. Hotel is super situated for everything Gjirokaster has to offer by walking.
