"We stay here often as our son lives down the street. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's an older hotel but they keep it up very well and the rooms are large and comfortable. It's in a good location for restaurants and grocery stores, and very safe at night. "

"Excellent! Great to have a whole room dedicated to table tennis. Easy parking and a very nice breakfast. I can highly recommend this hotel!"

"Nice place to stay. Good breakfast"

"My stay at the Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz was very pleasant. The hotel is extremely well located — just steps away from the U‑Bahn and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area feels lively and safe, which made moving around Berlin very easy. Overall, a solid choice for anyone wanting convenience and a good neighborhood atmosphere."

"SANA Berlin is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Berlin."

"Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious, having the kitchen was nice. We loved the courtyard! It was a nice, private area. The hotel was quiet. A little walk to shops and eateries. Not far from transit. Good breakfast. Overall excellent stay."

"Well located, in the heart of downtown. Very busy street, but I could not hear it from the 7th floor. Walking distance to the train station, and to Museum Island. Hotels tend to be more expensive in big cities. My room in Berlin would cost at least 1000 euros per night if it was in Paris. Maybe more. The...

"The hotel was nice. Clean room, staff was helpful. Several good shopping areas nearby. I thought house keeping would come in at least once to check the room and put clean towels but I guess you have to ask for that."

"Lovely big room. Nice temperature. Great customer service. Exactly what we hoped for."

"All staff including frontdesk and conciege is well-trained and professional. Room is clean and spaceous. This is the best hotel so far we have stayed in Europe. "

"The hotel location was fantastic! Close to bus and train stops. There is a grocery store around the corner and it’s close to historical sites. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Love how the toilet is separate from shower space."

"The staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The rooms are of a good size . The location is great for visiting this amazing city- especially using the Berlin Welcome card’s transport inclusive package. Very good breakfast except for the terrible coffee from the machines- almost unprintable."

"Staff were helpful. The set up is hostel-like and there is a dorm-style low cost option. The area is very walkable and very cool."

"The Mandala is simply a great hotel - loved the spacious and well appointed suite - and even a special clothes room - which was a treat! Good value for money and the location is of course prima on Potsdamer Platz. Delicious breakfast and a Michelin Star restaurant as a part of the hotel. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Berlin!"

"Very nice hotel in Berlin. Nice, large room, Tested the Spa facilities and it was very good. Great location and very attentive personnel. A hotel I safely can recommend."

"Excellent location! It’s located on a major historic street and only 2 or 3 blocks to important historic Wilhelmstrasse (street in central Berlin), sites, buildings, museums. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries in every direction."

"A modern hotel in a great location, very near U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, the zoo, and shopping. We asked for a king size bed and got a large room with a great shower. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely stay there again."
