We had lovely stay at the Hotel Palace Berlin! The staff was so kind and helpful and everything we needed was located within walking distance of the hotel. The room was amazing and a great view of the city. The adjacent gin bar made excellent martinis and the onsite restaurant had great food and a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in Berlin!

Why 5 star... Plentiful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, location, spacious room and a wonderful Club lounge. Each staff member who I spoke with (from the front desk, breakfast staff and to the Club lounge staff) were all friendly and keen to stop and talk. The location is great (near to Zoo, S & U and bus Bahn stops (there is a direct S Bahn train from BER airport to Zoo (then a short 5 minute walk to the hotel).

Very nice and clean room with very comfortable beds. We parked in the Bikini parking garage just opposite the hotel for EUR 30 per 24 hours. No hotel parking is available. Bus stops for the famous Bus 100 are very close to the hotel. Friendly staff.
