"Had to ask 3 times for a TV remote. Very slow elevators. Felt like a criminal at the breakfast buffet—was being watched like a hawk—would have been nice to have allowed me to take a little something up to my husband in the room. Otherwise—was great that was allowed to store luggage until check in. The gal working was very nice. So was the security “Arnold” I think? He finally brought the remote. Also, could hear loud door slams all night. "

"This was an unacceptable experience. Check in was at 4 and the room was not ready until 5. We were then provided keys that did not work and did not have a remote to control the air. I had to go down to the office three times which wasted slot of our vacation time and I was late to a scheduled dinner. The manager avoided me and I was told that I would be provided a credit for the room which I did not receive. Will never stay here again."

"Nice little hotel some what over price for what you get, we were there early since we were coming off a cruise, naturally the room was not ready but the reception told us they would text us to let us know when the room would be ready, never heard anything from them. So we only went back at 4:00 and it was and has been ready."
