I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The place was really nice, didn’t have any elevators or at least going to my unit there weren’t any so had to walk up a few stairs. The grounds were lovely but everything closed by either 10 or midnight. My only issue was I didn’t realize it was a hour away from San Juan and it’s more of a relaxing/family resort than a party “turn up” resort so it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting but nice nonetheless. Everybody was extremely nice and accommodating would definitely stay again via a family...

I was very happy with this stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. There isn't much in the way of amenities, that's not a criticism, it contributed to the restful quality of the place. There was an issue with the hot water the day we checked in but they got to work on it within minutes and got us in a different room without any hassle. The only real negatives I saw were with the tight parking and the entrance from the road itself. The gate opens very slow and people drive rather fast through that...
