"The decor was just beautiful. Very modern. The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer. The onsen was wonderful. The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in."

"It’s walkable to the station and shopping areas and at the same time it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The check in was swift and so as the check out. You’ll get free coupon for beverage at the lobby every day of your stay. They also have a manga area if you want to read some. The room is clean and really fancy looking."

"This was our 2nd time staying at this Fav Hotel. We came back because we liked how spacious and family friendly the rooms were. We booked a larger room this time and were pleasantly surprised at how much more space there was. We also loved the in-room amenities such as the microwave, washing machine, dryer and bath tub. We also loved that there was a water dispenser and water tumblers available in each room so we didn't have to buy bottled water. There was also a 7 Eleven conveniently located opposite the hotel. The main train station, shops and food were all a short 10 - 15 min walk away. We only wish that a dining table was provided instead of a coffee table as it was very difficult to consume our meals from the low coffee table."
