A solid hotel option in Gifu. Easy check in, hassle-free, good rooms. The carpet was a little stained, but everything else was otherwise great. Didn't pay for the breakfast buffet they offer (1,200 yen), so can't comment on that. Pretty good location in Gifu. The only stressful thing was parking. They have parking available in a parking garage next door for 1,000 yen/day and you can park there between like 14:00 - 10: 00, something like that. This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough.
